Create your account, choose your call sign, and verify your veteran status through VA identity services. You receive a Last1 ID — your portable identity across the Last 1 ecosystem.

Authorize LastVet to pull your health records from the VA. Your conditions, medications, allergies, procedures, immunizations, and lab results — now in a record you own.

LastVet exists so you control your health information. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service spell out what that means in detail; here is the heart of it.
Privacy
- You own your data; you choose who sees it, category by category.
- We never sell your data — no advertisers, no data brokers.
- Export your record or delete your account when you want.
- SHIELD goes beyond HIPAA; VA data is pulled only with your OAuth authorization.

Terms
- You own your longitudinal record; we provide the tools.
- Providers participate only with your consent; revoke anytime.
- We earn revenue from organizations (SaaS, APIs, integrations) — not from selling your record.
- If you are in crisis, call 911 or 988 (press 1); LastVet routes help but is not an emergency service.
